Your money funds the print run. We treat it as yours.

The fifty rule

You are charged when you order. Cancel any time before it ships for a full refund. If fewer than 50 calendars are ordered, the run is canceled and every order is refunded in full, without asking.

Cancelling

Change your mind any time before your calendar ships and you get a full refund; email us with the order number. After it ships, the fourteen-day damage policy below applies.

Delays

If the ship date on your order cannot be met, you will be emailed before it passes with the new date and a one-click full refund. Silence is not consent; if we cannot reach you, we refund.

Problems on arrival

Damaged in transit, misprinted, or missing pieces: photo within fourteen days, replacement sent. Keep the original.

The Unsealed Print

The print file is not refundable once it has been emailed, unless the file itself is faulty, in which case we fix it or refund it.

How refunds are paid

Through Shopify to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days of being issued.
